Trundled over to a mountain here the Vietnamese have styled "Ba Vi" a nice big green thing to mess about on. Borrowed housemates D40 and took a crack at "photography" here are some "photos" took a veritable buttload, here are some of that load.

Old Whatsits Come Older

Found some negatives from back in the day that never became photos for some reason. They're all scratched up now but I thought I might try and rescue them via the scanner but it seems to wash out the detail completely, justt ran with it.

I'd like to spend more time experiementing, scanner has a film scan feature thats half busted that could be worked around for some decent images. But I got no time.

Bed Sheets and Beards

Charon, the ferryman of Hades. The beard had a deal sealer of a moustache but it's various whisps and furs got up my nose so it had to go. Also missing in this photo is the accompanying 'seamans pole'

Slow Burn

It's been a while since I've put anything up, just scanned this thing in, it's a lot bigger than my usual mess, stitched together from a few scans so theres some lazy blurry seams over it. There it is though.

Some Things

Have had a few things lying around that I thought I'd put up, went to a friends mystically themed 21st as Don Quixote although nobody knew who he was except the taxi driver at the end who initially thought I was a witch. It probably didn't help that nobody knew what a barbers basin was either.

This is a poster thingy Michael and I made for a friends birthday yesterday arvo, he actually turned 23. Much to our chagrin.

Here's Michael and Fred making some surly looking executive decisions.

This is the cover for one of Dad's obscure Information Systems book, he borrowed an older drawing of mine and it sort of scares me because the text is perhaps even less accessible than the image.

Over and out.
